A Review of the Lean Belly Prescription

We all know that aquiring a lot of belly fat generally is a problem. Not only can it give us those ugly and upsetting "muffin tops", it can add pressure to our bodies and contribute to things like diabetes, coronary issues and more. Now, though, there is a book called the Lean Belly Prescription that's promising to help you lose the muffin top and get healthy at the same time. This book has been reviewed virtually everywhere and we wanted to find out if the contents of the book are superior to anything else that is already out there so we chose to give it a closer look.

The book can be purchased through typical booksellers like Borders, Barnes and Noble, and Amazon.com. This is a superb signal because it adds legitimacy to the project. It could also help make it less difficult to buy because you don't have to worry about some affiliate giving a trumped up review to ensure they earn a commission on a product that doesn't help you. This book has been authored by Travis Stork. He is well known from his time on "The Bachelor" reality program in addition to his frequent appearances on "The Doctors", a syndicated daytime program. He is, nonetheless, greater than a television persona. He is a true doctor who works in an emergency room at a respectable hospital.

The book was created in order to advertise his Pick 3 to Lean system. With the Pick 3 to Lean system, you are offered the chance to customize your lifestyle and eating habits without being forced to spend a bunch of time working out or exercising at the gym. This program claims that you will be able to lose fat without having to abstain from any of the things you like the most (food, free time, etc). The plan is based on the N.E.A.T (or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis) concept. This concept says that it is possible to burn off calories without having to work out.

From what we read, this particular book makes a lot of nice promises but does not offer up any new or particularly revelation-worthy information. Simply put, this book doesn't seem to provide you with anything that you will not discover by doing a couple of Google searches and using your common sense. It is going to be extremely disappointing for those who were searching for a real reason behind the instructions the book gives. The book will not go into theory very much at all. Instead it simply offers readers with a group of outlines and instructions to follow. If you're an individual who enjoys being given clear cut plans but doesn't want to have to worry about the whys of what you are doing, this could be a good book for you.

Traditional reason tells us that the only way to really lose fat is to eat right and exercise. This book flies in the face of that common sense, so we aren't really sure if it will work as well as it says it does. However, in this day and age, with a doctor's blessing (your own physician, not the author of the book), anything is worth at least a cursory glance!
